Gas Engineer (Multiskilled)

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Commercial Gas/Multiskilled Engineer with expertise in air conditioning to join our clients dynamic facilities management team. Based in Hampshire. This is a key role within a leading building services business, where you will be responsible for providing reactive and planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair work across a range of commercial environments. Key Responsibilities: Gas Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out maintenance, fault finding, and repair of commercial gas systems, including boilers, heating systems, and associated plant. Ensure compliance with Gas Safety regulations and maintain records in line with company procedures. Perform gas tightness tests, boiler servicing, and system efficiency assessments. Air Conditioning: Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on various air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF systems, split systems, and ventilation units. Diagnose faults and perform repairs to air conditioning equipment to ensure optimal performance. Ensure all works comply with F-Gas regulations and maintain certification. Multiskilled Maintenance: Perform general building services tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs, to ensure efficient operation of facilities. Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works across a range of building services disciplines. Provide technical advice and support to clients and internal teams. Skills and Qualifications: Gas Safe registered with experience working on commercial gas systems. Relevant F-Gas certification for air conditioning and refrigeration. Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong background in multiskilled trades such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical. Ability to work independently, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
