The Role Mechanical Shift Engineer are Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment. Mechanical Shift Engineer are Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated. Mechanical Shift Engineer are Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis. Mechanical Shift Engineer are Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels. Mechanical Shift Engineer are Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone. Mechanical Shift Engineer are Maintaining site-based records and logbooks Mechanical Shift Engineer are Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment. Mechanical Shift Engineer are Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements. Mechanical Shift Engineer are Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures. Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers face to face, telephone and email.
