Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced transistor-level RFICs, focusing on highly-efficient, linear RF power amplifiers (1-5 GHz) for cutting-edge 5G NR applications. Utilize industry-leading RFIC EDA tools (e.g., Keysight ADS, HFSS) to conduct circuit and EM simulations, predicting final product performance. Implement RFIC designs, ensuring accuracy through layout and design verification (DRC, LVS). Support and evaluate prototypes, documenting data to ensure team collaboration and project success. Qualifications: Proficiency in Keysight ADS and RFIC simulation techniques (Harmonic Balance, S-Parameter, Transient/Envelope Simulation). MS in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years’ experience in RFIC layout and tape-out (III-V HBT, III-V HEMT, Si CMOS, SOI, or BiCMOS). Proven experience in power amplifier design (1-5 GHz) and RF circuit testing (signal generators, VNAs, spectrum analyzers). Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
