Collaborate with project teams to integrate cladding designs with overall building systems. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent is achieved during construction. Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to cladding. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cladding design and building envelope systems. Proven experience usingAutoDeskRevit in a professional environment,including creating and modifying families, familiarity with other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or BIM tools) is a plus. Strong understanding of cladding materials, systems, and performance requirements. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices related to cladding. Ability to create and manage 3D models and details for cladding applications. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design and documentation. Ability to analyse design challenges and develop innovative solutions. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey design concepts and specifications clearly.
