Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Engineer - Food Manufacturing Maintenance Engineering 4 on 4 off days and nights (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off) Overview This is a great opportunity for an electrical engineer or electrically biased maintenance engineer to join a growing company and site. As an electrical engineer / maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance as well as getting involved in project and improvement work on site. The role will be varied and cover a variety of work, focused on electrical engineering. Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer Proactive maintenance and site PMs Reactive maintenance and responding to breakdowns quickly Working across electrical faults and maintenance Working on Engineering projects (e.g. commissioning, installations, relocations) Identifying and implementing improvements covering both processes machine output Adhering to site Health & safety rules and legislation on site Requirements for the Electrical Engineer Time-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant electrical subject Experience working in a maintenance engineer or electrical engineer role previously, ideally in a similar industry Ability to and experience of working to a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environment If you’re interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
