Technical leadership skills and an ambition to develop others in your areas of expertise. A track record of excellence in technical work and communication. Strong mathematical skills and ability to apply “first principles” to problems. In-depth knowledge of a wide range of engineering processes. Experience managing clients, customers or other external stakeholders.
