Job Title: Maintenance Electrician   Location: Flintshire, North-East Wales Salary: £40,000 per annum   Hours: Monday - Friday, 38.75 hours per week + call-out rota   Contract: Permanent, Full-time   Other: PPE, tools, company pension, private healthcare, overtime available Overview: Join a leading UK Facilities Management company with over 50 years of experience. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician with HVAC/AC expertise to join our client's team in Flintshire, working on a School contract. This is a static role. Role Purpose: The role involves both planned and reactive maintenance in an educational environment. Note: An Enhanced DBS check is required upon a successful job offer. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct planned and reactive building maintenance. - Provide timely updates and technical reports. - Diagnose faults on M&E systems. - Participate in the On-Call rota.
