Senior Software Engineer

Title: Senior Frontend Software Engineer (Frontend, React, Next) Type: Permanent Location: UK, remote Tech: React, Next, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UI Salary: up to £70k Domain: Finance We are hiring for a Senior Frontend Developer to work fully remote with one of our clients in the finance sector. Please bare in mind you must be fully eligible to work within the UK and must be based within the UK. This project will involve transitioning from using 3rd party tools to inhouse technology, whilst also supporting a company acquisition. The ideal candidate needs to have substantial experience in JavaScript technologies, with preference to React and Next experience. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces. Develop responsive web applications that meet brand and UX standards. Convert design mockups into interactive, pixel-perfect web pages using JS, HTML, CSS React, Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility. Stay updated on front-end trends and advocate best practices. Conduct code reviews and mentor team members. Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues. Qualifications: 5yrs+ experience with software development Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Expertise using React, Next Experience with version control (Git) and build tools (Webpack). Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
