We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences, with a particular focus on improving gender balance in manufacturing.   In return, you'll join an organisation that invests in your development and offers top-notch learning opportunities to help you succeed in the FMCG sector and advance your career.   Our Engineering apprenticeship programme offers the following:  - A four-year programme that will immerse you in Engineering operations, working closely with our site teams and educational partner who will support your studies. - The first five months will be a full-time residential experience with other CCEP engineering apprentices at the Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP. After this residential phase, you'll return to your CCEP Manufacturing site to continue your on-the-job learning. - Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering. - Your starting salary for the program is £23,510, with annual salary reviews. - We also offer excellent benefits, including 25 days of annual leave (with an option to purchase up to 10 additional days), a pension scheme, access to 24/7 Wellbeing programs (Employee Assistance Program and Doctor Care Anywhere), and flexible benefits to suit your needs. - You'll be joining a world-class organisation that prioritises an inclusive and diverse workplace, employee wellbeing, and exceptional training and development throughout your career.   What we expect from you:   - We expect you to have at least GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
