Assistant Maintenance Manager ( Electrical ) - 4* Hotel & Country Club - South West London / Surrey - £40K + Extensive Benefits.The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.My client is a leading historic 60bed 4* listed country house hotel and country club, part of a small chain currently looking to recruit a hands on Assistant Maintenance Manager with strong electrical experience to assist in the smooth running of the Facilities & Engineering department of 5, reporting to the Maintenance Manager - the position would suit a strong Maintenance, Facilities Supervisor or Electrical Engineer with 1-3yrs experience in Electrics and / or Plumbing and good Health & Safety and trade experience - Pool plant is a bonus.The successful applicant will be hands on and managing general maintenance, MUST have some form of electrical qualification or extensive experience, H&S, legionella checks and control, repair works and have a strong background with hotels across electrical and/or AC and plumbing and assisting in exciting planned project work.AMRT1_UKCT
