What would I be doing as a Shift Engineer? * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on machinery * Efficiently respond to mechanical and electrical plant and equipment breakdowns * Have sound understanding of mechanical and electrical systems * Perform fault finding and diagnosis on plant machinery * Be responsible for recording all work undertaken in accordance with company policy * Working in line with Health & Safety procedures at all time The qualifications and experience required to be a Shift Engineer…? * Time served or other relevant qualification within engineering * Multi skilled with either mechanical or electrical bias * Experience reading and working from technical drawings to diagnose and repair fault * Minimum of 3 years engineering experience within FMCG environment * Qualified to 17th/18th edition wiring regulations is advantageous The successful Shift Engineer will be offered the opportunity to join an organisation that are specialists in their field and have seen continuous growth due to development and continuous demand of their bespoke products.
