Working with clients, suppliers and project delivery teams they ensure projects are set up and delivered efficiently and within budget. Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the coordination and delivery of projects ranging in value and complexity, ensuring all projects to be undertaken are to an agreed cost, scope, and program. 2. Support the preparation the project design and estimate (pre-implementation) 3. Analyse and understand client specifications and ensure projects are designed to meet their requirements in an efficient and safe manner 4. Attendance of start-up, site visit, and design meetings. 5. Pre-construction process plan develop, implement, and monitor. 6. Make sure that any alterations to the design and specifications are properly communicated. 7. During the procurement process, identify and pre-qualify subcontractors, produce specifications for purchasing materials and equipment, respond to queries, analyse bids, make award recommendations, and place orders. 8. Assist in the preparation of project budgets & track and report on costs as required. 9. Ensure all design and procurement activities are carried out in line with the requirements of the companys Integrated Management System and its procedures and identify opportunities for improvements to be made 10. Work as part of the project delivery team to ensure delivery of the project on time and within budget 11. Understand the contractual arrangements of a project and ensure that they are not compromised due to design or procurement issues 12. Provide support to site, construction and remote delivery teams at all stages 13. Adhere to all Eniscas HR and H&S policies and procedures. 14. Undertake any other such duties considered to be commensurate with the experience of the post holder and the requirements of the post Candidate Specification Personal Attributes Good communication skills Analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to diagnose problems and identify and recommend solutions Handling and processing information and data Attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and independently Ability to travel, plan, manage and prioritise own workload Technical Specification Experience Required Minimum 5 years experience in a design and build project delivery role within the water industry NEC 3 knowledge and experience Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Microsoft Project Essential Qualifications CSCS card 18th Edition of BS7671 (Electrical only) Desirable Qualifications Working knowledge of AutoCAD Other Comments Construction Operative with a M & E background in maybe also be considered for the role (Preferably in Water Industry).
