Field Service Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines as a Field Service Engineer. Covering the Northampton areas. * Due to ongoing expansion and growth plans they are looking to expand their Field Service Engineering team within and around Northampton. * The opportunity for a Field Service Engineer: * Install, commission and set up the companies’ commercial coffee equipment * Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services * Attend re-active break down and call outs Operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment) * Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in service van * Requirements * What we're looking for from you: * Strong electro-mechanical knowledge * Professional in nature and drive to represent the business in a positive manner Relevant industry experience on bean to cup coffee equipment (desired but not essential) – as full training will be given in the shape of a formalised mixture of in-house and on the road * Good organisational and problem solving skills Have initiative, motivation and focus Good and effective communication skills * Ideally a Field service engineers background * Benefits * Excellent Progression – Investing in training and development to help employees reach their full potential. * Door to door pay * 25 days paid holiday per annum plus bank holiday days * Overtime payments for weekday and weekend work with earning potential of over £5K * Working 1 in 4 weekends of which you will be paid door to door * 5% annual bonus potential 10% non-contributory Company pension plan * Private health care scheme membership * Sick pay Full product training Company van (available for private use) * Plus specialist tools and full company uniform
