Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer We are seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving our company's Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with in-depth understanding of PCB and electrical systems. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Quality Engineer Responsibilities: Implement and oversee quality control processes and procedures Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis (8D, A3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements Ensure compliance with industry standards (AS9100, ISO9001) The ideal  Quality Engineer  will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a meticulous attention to detail. You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Quality Engineer Qualifications: Degree in a technical field with a focus on quality assurance, manufacturing, or a related discipline Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001) Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills An understanding of manufacturing drawings, specifications, and instructions, with a working knowledge of IPC standards (ideally CIS) is desirable.
