CNC Operator - Signage Production

(SN7116) CNC OPERATOR - SIGNAGE PRODUCTION MERSEYSIDE Salary: £Open DOE + Overtime at Time 1/2 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Benefits: 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing to 25 days over time) Pension Scheme Our client is a leading provider of bespoke signage solutions in Merseyside. They are committed to delivering high-quality, custom signage to businesses and individuals. They are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join their production team, working with state-of-the-art equipment to create precision signage solutions. Key Responsibilities: Operate 3 Axis MultiCam CNC Routers to produce custom signs and displays Use EnRoute (distinct advantage) and VCarve software for programming and designing jobs Set up and adjust machine parameters to meet production specifications Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for each project Ensure the efficient operation of the CNC machine and troubleshoot as necessary Maintain a clean and safe working environment Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate and high-quality output Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues Manage multiple jobs efficiently to meet deadlines Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the signage or similar industry Proficiency with MultiCam CNC machines - ideally Experience using EnRoute or VCarve software - ideally Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively A commitment to health and safety in the workplaceWhat They Offer: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Overtime paid at time and a half 21 days holiday (rising to 25 with service) + Bank Holidays Pension scheme Friendly and supportive work environmentTo Apply: If you're a skilled CNC Operator with experience in signage production and you're looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you!
