Your Role: As an Engineer, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the high efficiency of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include: * Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on both electrical and mechanical systems. * Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimise downtime and ensure seamless production. * Offering technical support and training to the operations team, helping them maintain optimal equipment performance. * Collaborating with other engineers, technicians, and departments to foster continuous improvement in equipment and processes. Shift Pattern You’ll work a 4 on 4 off rotational shift pattern with a balance of day and night shifts: * 2 weeks of day shifts: 07:00 - 19:00 * 1 week of night shifts: 19:00 - 07:00 What We’re Looking For: * Preferably Electrical Engineers (but we’re happy to consider Mechanical Engineers too). * Proven experience in a similar engineering role. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently. * Commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards and operational efficiency.
