Automation Test Engineer Day Rate: £350-£400 Inside IR35 Duration: 6 months Location: Hybrid (once per month Manchester or London) Start Date: ASAP The Opportunity: The UK’s leading digital solutions provider is seeking an Automation Test Engineer specialising in Cypress to support a world-renowned broadcasting service. The Role: • Ensure quality and performance of software products • Design, develop and execute automated tests using Cypress • Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and create effective test cases. • Execute automated test scripts and analyse test results to identify defects. • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the testing process. Essential Requirements: • Proven experience as an Automation Test Engineer with strong focus on Cypress • CTFL certification • In-depth knowledge of Cypress • Familiarity with JavaScript • Understanding of software testing methodologies • Problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate in a team If you are interested please apply below.
