This is an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Buyer to join the Procurement & Supply Chain team in an established Industrial / Manufacturing company based in Doncaster. Expediting orders to ensure timely delivery. Managing relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts. Working closely with the Procurement & Supply Chain team to meet company objectives. Handling any supply chain issues promptly and professionally. Participating in process improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Reporting on procurement activities and performance.Profile A successful Engineering Buyer should have: A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience reading technical drawings. Experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
