Job Overview As a Technical Process Engineer , you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our highly automated production systems. Working on a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. This role is ideal for a proactive and skilled engineer with experience in automation, PLCs, and maintenance who is looking to develop their technical expertise and grow their career in a progressive environment. With comprehensive in-house training to support your professional development. Skills and Qualifications Experience : Minimum 3 years in a technical engineering role within FMCG, manufacturing, or a related industry, with hands-on experience in automation and PLC systems. PLC Knowledge : Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar). Maintenance Experience : Solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical maintenance, ideally within an automated manufacturing environment. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Continuous Improvement Mindset : Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and a passion for driving improvements in production processes. Education : Degree, HND, or relevant qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation) or equivalent practical experience.
