DevOps Engineer

As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to help us scale our infrastructure and drive our technical excellence. Role Overview: As the Lead DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our infrastructure and deployment strategies. You will lead a talented team, working collaboratively to enhance our CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and ensure system reliability. Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting our rapid growth while maintaining the high standards of performance and security our customers expect. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the DevOps team to optimize processes and enhance collaboration between development and operations. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and ensure rapid delivery of features. Automate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve uptime and reliability. Ensure adherence to best practices in security and compliance within all deployments. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our DevOps practices. Requirements: Proven experience in a DevOps role, with a track record of leading teams and driving initiatives. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and experience with microservices architecture. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
