Reporting to the Director of Structural Engineering or another senior team member, you’ll collaborate closely on multiple projects and manage graduate engineers. The Ideal Candidate Will: Have 1-5 years of experience in structural or civil engineering. Hold a BSc in Structural or Civil Engineering. Be proficient in AutoCAD, TEKLA, and TEDDS. Demonstrate strong project management skills, capable of overseeing 1-3 projects simultaneously. Show a keen interest in advancing within the company and taking on leadership roles.
