Building Management Systems Engineer

Job title : Building Management Systems Engineer Location: London Area Work hour: at least 2/3 days per week for the next few months, work hours to be confirmed Pay Rate: £360-400 per day Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Engineer for a FM Services and Engineering company. This role requires you to work within the London Area. Some of the other duties will include but are not limited to: Designing, implementing, and maintaining building automation and control systems that manage various aspects of a building's operations Designing and configuring building management systems tailored to the specific needs of a building or facility Developing control strategies to regulate heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), lighting, and other systems for optimal performance Integrating various subsystems such as fire alarms, access control, security cameras, and energy management systems into a cohesive BMS Installing and setting up hardware components, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and communication devices Wiring and connecting system components to create a unified network for data exchange Collaborating with other engineering teams to ensure proper integration of BMS with other building systems Requirements for this position: HVAC/BMS Controls/Electrical Experience UK Electrical Certification Familiar with Trend or Siemens or Tridium or CentraLine, or Distech
