A maintenance lead role in an integrated worksystem (IWS) is responsible for reducing maintenance and breakdownlosses while maintaining a deep understanding of the relevantengineering and technology. What it IWS? Intersnack Work Systemsis our approach to improving manufacturing reliability, reducingcosts, and increasing productivity. It is based on two principles:drive to zero losses and 100% employeeownership Whatwill you be doing? Owningthe Progressive Maintenance (PM)system The maintenance lead isresponsible for the PM system for theirline(s). Buildingcapability The maintenance lead isresponsible for building the capability of operating teams andequipment owners to deliver overall lineresults. Problemsolving The maintenance lead isinvolved in problem solving and managing key linesystems.
