QA Engineer

QA Engineer 1 day a month in clients London offices We are currently hiring a Software QA Tester for one of our Telecommunication clients in London. As a Software QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through rigorous testing processes. Your key duties will include developing test plans, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. You will also perform regression testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, along with a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and testing tools: Testrail, Selenium, API testing – (Postman or similar tools). Responsibilities: Principle responsibilities will be: * Quality planning * Test Plans * Test cases * Determining acceptance criteria for software developments. * Supporting and guiding the software developers in quality matters. * Development testing * Pot Development testing, including liaison with business users and customer testing groups as required. * Management of technical environment and change processes. * Leading quality improvement programmes Relationship: Internal: * CTO * Development Project Manager * Software Architects * Software Developers * Internal stakeholders External: * Client stakeholders * Partner stakeholders * Industry experts
