Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage BA teams with a focus on the Wealth Management space Drive projects in pensions and create individual user stories that push boundaries Work cross-functionally with Software Engineering, QA, Product, and Scrum Teams Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers to gather business requirements and ensure success Play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation What You Bring: ✅ Experience as a Lead Business Analyst in wealth management and pensions ✅ Strong command of Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence ✅ Solid understanding of the SDLC (PHP/React/React Native/Node.js) ✅ Analytical genius with strong research skills ✅ Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite ️ ✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment ⚡ Bonus: Fintech/Financial Services experience is a plus , but not essential!
