Senior Communications Engineer

Harris global are currently on the lookout for a Senior Voice/Communication Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis. This is a permanent opportunity with 3 days per week onsite in our clients London based office. Understanding of Telephony and Video protocols is mandatory, including voice and video signalling, audio codecs, SIP, PRI/BRI, multicast Extensive experience of working in large-scale telecommunications environments, working with Cloud Telephony and Contact Centre Expert experience with Voice and Video platforms Experience with Zoom phone and video provisioning and UCaaS solutions Familiarity with network design (Servers, Firewalls, Protocols, Topologies), TCP/IP protocol suite, ARP, routing, VRF, switching, spanning-tree, network security, QoS, DHCP, DNS, etc.,
