Key Responsibilities: Application Support: Provide Level 2 support for core financial products, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability. Tool Development: Build and enhance support tools, leveraging your Linux and Python skills to streamline processes and improve response efficiency. Client Interaction: Manage client onboarding, address technical issues, and provide guidance on system use, maintaining strong client relationships. Collaboration: Work within a global support team, communicating effectively with both local and international colleagues, while maintaining a strong sense of ownership. Essential Skills & Experience: Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with Unix/Linux environments and proficiency in Python for scripting and automation. Financial Services Knowledge: Familiarity with market data, order entry, and financial concepts, especially within the FX, FI, or crypto markets. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and logical problem-solving abilities. Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, essential for client interactions and teamwork. Desirable Skills: Networking: Understanding of networking principles and deployment management. Scripting & Automation: Experience with other scripting languages and automation frameworks.
