Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer | Nottingham | Hybrid | £85,000+ benefitsAn innovative and progressive specialist provider of HR, payroll and finance software, who are partnered with some of the world’s leading companies, are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, skilled in .Net Core, Angular and Azure/AWS to join them and play a crucial role in developing innovative products to tackle a wide variety of problems to evolve their platform.You will be joining and leading a diverse, cross functional team who all share a passion and obsession for all things tech.Day to Day Work:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using .NET.Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and other colleagues to seek exciting and results-oriented problems for delivering valueContribute to the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions.Support and mentor other engineers through code reviews and pair programming to accelerate their technical masteryChallenge team processes, looking for ways to improve themIdeally you will have:Senior level experience in modern .NET applications written in .NET Core 5+Experience with modern unit testing frameworks and methodologiesExperience in front-end and back-end technologies in particular working in Angular – or similar JavaScript MVC framework, C# and .NET Core development.Strong Knowledge of software engineering concepts such as design patterns, SOLID principles, polymorphism, and threading.Demonstrated ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services for cloud-based developmentExperience working in autonomous agile environments.The interview process for this role is a streamlined, 3 stage process, you will need to apply quickly as we already have had interest!All applicants need to be UK based (able to commute to Nottingham 4 times a month at your own convenience).
