Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) + £5,000 travel expenses
Location: East London
Hours: 8:00am-5pm Monday-Thursday and 8:00am-4pm on Friday

Role Overview:
As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and inspecting fire alarm systems across several high-end residential buildings in East London. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to ensure systems remain fully operational and compliant with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fire alarm systems in high-end residential buildings.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with fire alarm components to ensure proper functionality.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
* Manage reactive and scheduled servicing, ensuring all works are completed efficiently.
* Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
* Work closely with the management team to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded.
* Attend to emergency callouts as needed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Service Engineer.
* Own tools required.
* Own vehicle required for travel between sites.
* Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry regulations.
* Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
