Shift Pattern That Works for You: * Week 1: Monday to Wednesday (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), Thursday (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM), and Friday (6:00 AM - 1:30 PM) * Week 2: Monday to Wednesday (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM), and Friday (12:30 PM - 8:00 PM) This schedule gives you balance and flexibility, so you can enjoy your time both on and off the job. What You’ll Be Doing: * Conduct pre-delivery inspections on brand-new Volvo construction equipment. * Install and configure advanced mechanical and electrical systems. * Customize equipment by fitting parts requested by customers, such as buckets, hitches, and grabs. What You Need to Succeed: * Experience as a mechanic working with construction plant, agricultural machinery, HGVs, or light vehicles. * A formal engineering qualification or apprenticeship is desirable but not essential—your hands-on experience is what counts! * Full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
