Mechanical Engineer

We are currently seeking a Permanent Mechanical Engineer for a reputable manufacturing company based in Dundee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems. The environment is also a continuous learning workplace, learning from each build as it takes place Requirements: Previous assembly experience in a machine manufacturing environment. Building engineering assemblies and pneumatic systems. Ability to understand technical drawings and parts list. Routing and install machine wiring (with instructions from electrical engineer). Debugging mechanical assemblies and overall machine operation. Participate in internal machine trials and client FAT. Undertake client machine installation, commissioning and training. Good level of communication and problem solving. Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
