Mechanical shift engineer

I am currently assisting a leading FM service provider with their ongoing search for mechanical maintenance engineer to work on a commercial static site in Central London for a growing FM company. Salary Range: £48,000 - £49,000 + optional overtime Location: Static site in Central London in EC4 4 on 4 days & nights Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance. Reactive maintenance Mechanical Fault-Finding AHUs FCUs Pumps - (seals, bearings, valves) Motors - (re-winds, overhauls) Cooling Towers Plumbing Chillers Boilers Qualifications: NVQ / C&G Level 3 in mechanical engineering, plumbing & heating and/or Level 3 mechanical/pluming apprenticeship Building service experience Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
