My client, a dynamic property maintenance company, has built a strong reputation across a wide range of services within the M25. Now, they're expanding into heating and cooling services and need a skilled, passionate engineer who can be the foundation of this new sector. This is an essential role where your expertise and leadership will be critical to success, making it perfect for someone looking to step up and take ownership of their work. Due to their expansion, they are seeking an experienced Heating and Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver high-quality reactive and preventative maintenance across luxury properties and sites in London. You'll be the trusted technical expert, handling diagnostics, installations, servicing, and repairs on AC, HIU, and FCU units, alongside basic electronic work. Your customer service skills and keen attention to detail will help you build strong client relationships, making you a valued face of our company. The ideal candidate will be a F-Gas qualified engineer with a strong foundation in plumbing and at least five years of experience. To work independently, you'll need proven expertise in heating and air conditioning, ideally with experience in MVHR systems and an NVQ/City and Guilds qualification in HVAC or Heating and Ventilation.
