Technical Designer

This business are experts in transforming Workplaces with a diverse range of clients from SMEs to international luxury brands. They have a consultative approach that ensures they get to know the business, its ambitions, culture, and brand DNA.

They are expanding their Design team and looking for a Techncial Designer that's an expert in AutoCAD to join their team!

The Role:

• Prepare and coordinate production, tender and construction package information for predominantly Detail and Build projects
• Technical output at each project stage
• Support on site and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
• Undertake site surveys are required
• Attend site/project meetings

Skills & Experience:

• Background in Design and Build, Detail and Build, Architecture, Design Consultancy or similar
• Fully proficient in AutoCAD
• High level of technical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues
• Confident to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods
