Multi-Skilled Night Shift Engineer Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 DOE
Orion are currently working with a global manufactutring company based in Hayes who are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Night Shift Maintenance Engineer.
They are looking for someone who is process-driven and who is an expert problem solver.
Multi-Skilled Night Shift Engineer Duties:
- Support the operations teams by providing technical problem-solving support to assist with achieving factory KPI s
- Root cause analysis to get to the root of machinery issues
- Thorough and detailed handover for day shift engineers
- Reactive machinery maintenance
- PPM s
- Update maintenance procedures
Multi-Skilled Night Shift Engineer Experience:
- Multi-skilled engineer with ideally 5+ years experience working within an FMCG Environment.
- Experience with packaging and production line machinery like check weighers, metal detectors, tray sealers, flow wrappers etc
- Experience with PUWER, COSH, LOLER, SSOW
- Experience in Continuous improvement
- Highly experienced problem solver
- Understanding of H&S
- Proven continuous improvement experience
- Strong experience working with PLC s
