Mechanical Supervisor

A large M&E Contractor, working across various new build schools, are about to start on a fresh project based in Bodmin and require a Mechanical Supervisor to join for the project duration of The role Daily co-ordination meetings with Main Contractor and M&E Subcontractors on site Inspection sheets of scaffolds / MEWPS etc General H&S management and ensuring a safe site and working practices Liaison / updates with Nick and myself throughout the project Competency in use of Microsoft Office – Emails / Excel / word Minimum skills – SSSTS card First Aid at Work Liaison with TME procurement team and subcontractors for material requisition Co-ordination with Commissioning engineers and M&E subcontractors on site Previous use of R-Drive software for room sign offs & Quality Assurance logging (again training can be provided on this) Fieldwire Software use (photos / diaries / snagging / forms & inspections) – training can be provided on this The role will offer the successful individual a competitive day rate and a friendly and buzzing working environment
