NexGen Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer to join an ever expanding precision engineering company located in Welwyn Garden City.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to support the sales process and contributing to the overall business development efforts. You will be required to produce and follow up on quotations a produce a monthly pipeline report.
Qualifications
1. Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
2. Strong negotiation and communication abilities
3. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
4. A strong knowledge of the CNC Turning and Milling process.
5. Ability to analyse market trends and competition
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
7. Qualified to HNC level in Precision Engineering, or related field.
