Job Overview: As a Commercial CateringEngineerat Polaris Catering and Refrigeration Ltd, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial catering equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' kitchens and contributing to our reputation for delivering top-notch service. We provide flexibility within the role and are open to considering candidates with suitable experience for the position of a Commercial Catering and RefrigerationEngineer. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair a variety of commercial catering equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and dishwashers. Conduct preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become problems. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, providing effective solutions. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand their specific requirements and deliver customised solutions. Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and equipment specifications. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience as a Commercial CateringEngineeror a similar role. Technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial catering equipment. Relevant certifications or qualifications in catering equipmentengineering. CCN1, COMCAT 1, 2, 3 & 5 and Electrical Knowledge Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.
