Junior Design Engineer

Junior Design Engineer - £25-30k DOE - Oxford - On-site My client is a world-leading company in their niche manufacturing and designing audio technology. They are looking for a junior or graduate electromechanical design engineer to join their successful team. Main duties: + Create, define, and build test solutions for production processes. + Design functional test solutions using electronics and mechanics. + Participate actively in product validation by modifying prototype PCBs and related subassemblies. + Troubleshoot design and build issues, assist with general R&D duties and obsolescence management, and support subcontractors and production teams. Skills and Experience Required: + Bachelors in music Tech, or Electronics with extracurricular audio projects + Experience with programming languages C, C#, or VB + PCB rework, wiring, looming, and layout experience (CAD) + Experience with mechanical, metal work fabrication, and hand tools Bonus: + Previous electronic manufacture and design experience + Experience with single board development like Raspberry Pi or Arduino What you’ll get: + £25-30k DOE + Consistent training and development in hardware + Holiday and pension schemes If you feel like you have the right skills and experience for this role, then please apply with a copy of your updated CV
