Mechanical Draughtsperson

My client is looking for a mechanical draughtsperson to work onsite in Loudwater the role will involve. Generating drawings from models in CAD Carrying out minor elements of product design Contributing to the development of engineering excellence within the business Providing mechanical engineering expertise in support of future business opportunities The ideal candidate should have: A degree or higher in mechanical engineering Broad knowledge of all aspects of engineering, such as systems, electrical, electro-mechanical, and rotating machinery Experience in manufacturing methods applicable to electrical enclosures, such as metal fabrications, castings, welding, machining, and corrosion protection Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor Good knowledge of materials Good knowledge of best practices in design lifecycle processes, such as gated design phases and design reviews Experience in designing to strict requirements such as shock, EMC and thermal Strong communication skills TPBN1_UKTJ
