Mechanical Project Manager The company based in the Uxbridge area, are an established and well-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. They predominantly operate within the Commercial and Office Fit sectors, with typical project values ranging from £100k up to £1m, and as a result of continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Key Duties: * Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project * Design review * Procurement of plant, materials & labour * Technical Submittals * Overall Cost Management * Managing the engineering input into the project strategy * Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met * Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise * Conduct regular site visits and inspections * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle * Reporting into the Directors Experience Required: * Significant experience operating as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager, M&E Contracts Manager, MEP Project Manager * Proven track record of successfully delivering Mechanical commercial / office fit out projects Remuneration Package: £67,000 to £72,000 according to experience, plus travel expenses and benefits.
