Initially joining as a Senior, you'll receive the required training you need to be able to step up into an Associate role within the next 12 - 24 months. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll enjoy a lot of autonomy as you help electrical team, lead projects, and consult directly with clients. You'll see projects through their full lifecycle; and develop a good understanding of other specialist building services disciplines.
