Mechanical Shift Engineer
There’s a great opportunity for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join a dynamic team and work in a prestigious site in the Westminster area of London.
The Role
* Mechanical Shift Engineer are Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to building services equipment.
* Mechanical Shift Engineer are Carrying out reactive and emergency breakdown tasks allocated.
* Mechanical Shift Engineer are Carrying out inspections, fault finding and diagnosis.
* Mechanical Shift Engineer are Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with agreed service levels.
* Mechanical Shift Engineer are Completing job sheets electronically on a Tablet or Smartphone.
* Mechanical Shift Engineer are Maintaining site-based records and logbooks
* Mechanical Shift Engineer are Carrying out general cleaning and housekeeping to maximise life expectancy of all equipment.
* Mechanical Shift Engineer are Proactively working to reduce energy consumption on client sites and recommending improvements.
* Mechanical Shift Engineer are Working to all health, safety, compliance and local policies and procedures.
* Maintaining excellent relationships with our customers – face to face, telephone and email.
Hours of Work
* 12-hour days shifts. 4 on 4 off.

Qualifications and Experience Required
* City & Guilds Mechanical or Equivalent
* Commercial building maintenance experience in a customer facing environment
