Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Quality Engineer to join their client's dynamic team in Weymouth. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through the implementation and continuous improvement of their quality management system. Your Role: In this hands on role, you will work closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to improve product performance and eliminate failures. As the first point of contact for quality issues, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving any issues that arise. This will involve creating and implementing plans, conducting audits, and providing technical support as needed. In addition, you will chair project meetings and participate in risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop solutions to mitigate them. You will also be responsible for conducting warranty analysis and ensuring that any necessary improvements are made to our products. Your Skills: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing / Aerospace environment. A degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with experience working with quality standards and processes such as ISO 9000 and NADCAP This company offers excellent benefits and training opportunities.
