Maintenance Electrician

Maintenance Electrician Soho, Greater London Salary: up to £45,000 + Overtime Monday to Friday, (8am-5pm) One of the largest facilities management companies are looking for a Maintenance Electrician to join a team of engineers working for one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK.. This business was founded in London in 1959 and has an annual net income of over £160m with a property porfolio worth over £1 billion. Within this role you will join a team of engineers delivering multi disciplined planned and reactive maintenance works and delivering the highest level of customer service and delivery to the on-site client. You will be expected to work well within your team and assist where needed outside of your usual working trade. Key Responsibilities for a Maintenance Electrician: * Conduct routine maintenance on emergency lighting systems. * Perform water temperature checks to ensure compliance with safety standards. * Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) * Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) for optimal performance. * Undertake light plumbing tasks as needed. Experience required for a Maintenance Electrician: * Experience: Proven experience as a maintenance electrician, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment. * Skills: Strong knowledge of emergency lighting systems and general maintenance tasks. Basic plumbing skills are also desirable but not essential. * Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude are essential.
