Essential Qualities: Experience: Minimum 5 years using MVC web frameworks like Symfony or Laravel. Adaptability: Tech-agnostic with the ability to switch between technologies and projects. SDLC Mastery: Proficiency in all SDLC phases: estimation, development, testing, debugging, pull request QA, and collaborative problem-solving. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for ensuring high standards of work within project deadlines. Self-Motivation: Enthusiastic and driven, capable of working independently or collaboratively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial due to the fully remote setup, involving weekly team calls, retrospectives, monthly 121s, and ad hoc meetings.
