Production Operative - Key Responsibilities: * Operate & Monitor Machinery: Oversee the production of plastic enclosures, PCBs, and components, ensuring consistency and quality. * Component Assembly: Assemble electronic and mechanical components following technical diagrams and specifications for accurate results. * Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect finished products, ensure quality standards, and make necessary adjustments. * Machine Setup: Assist with machine setup and changeover for varied production needs. * Soldering: Conduct soldering tasks on PCBs and cable assemblies as part of production. * Workplace Maintenance: Maintain an organised work area, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications & Experience for the Production Operative job role: * Technical Qualification: Level 3 (or equivalent) or higher in a relevant technical field, or * Relevant Manufacturing Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a similar role.
