The role: *You will support and mentor design team members, addressing any queries or issues they may have. *Your role will involve analysing current design processes and procedures, implementing improvements, and developing work instructions and operating procedures to support production processes. *You will investigate engineering problems, implement solutions and corrective actions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying potential enhancements in design, processes, and manufacturing techniques.
