Job: Salesforce Developer (Junior/Senior) Location: UK (Fully Remote) Salary: £40,000 - £80,000 Job Type: Permanent Job Responsibilities/Objectives: Lead the development of Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and project scope. Oversee system integrations with third-party applications and data migration processes. Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure high-quality standards for development work. Stay current with Salesforce updates, tools, and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements. Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and performance. Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate will have the following: Experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration techniques (APIs, middleware). Experience with Salesforce best practices, development lifecycle, and release management. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security concepts. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II) are highly desirable.
