You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, providing expert support, and aligning IT infrastructure with each client's unique needs. What the Client is Looking For: Experience with PC & Laptop Hardware Proficiency in Windows Desktop & Server Operating Systems Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 support Familiarity with security tools (AV/EDR, spam/web filtering) Basic networking skills (DHCP/DNS) A security-conscious mindset Stellar customer service skillsBonus Points for: A valid UK driver's license Experience with ITIL and Mac OS Firewall/router experience Previous experience in an MSP environmentYour Values Matter This client is big on culture, and they're looking for someone who lives by these values: Do the right thing.
